Attic Insulation
No home weatherization is complete without a professional attic insulation install. Homes that receive these services enjoy an immediate reduction of heating and cooling costs of 30%-50%. Just imagine how drastically this could save on energy bills in extreme summers and winters. Not only do you see these benefits in dollars but also in your families safety as our specialized spray-foam does not take on water, is antimicrobial and carries a class one fire rating as opposed to the other guys “pink stuff” they may try to install for insulation.

How Spray-Foam Works
BioBasedâ is water blown on onto the walls of a structure, then expands several times filling all gaps, creating an adhesive & air-tight seal.
The underside of the roof decking is sprayed, creating a conditioned attic space and enclosing the air ducts in a thermal envelope that boosts HVAC efficiency.
Caulk is injected between studs & Poly-Seal is injected around doors and windows, ensuring an air-tight thermal seal.
